After having a story idea circling in my head for about six years, I finally decided to do something about it. I started to pen it down. Okay… that’s a lie. I started to type it down on my laptop  like a normal person living in the 21st century. This brilliant life decision happened during COVID—otherwise known as that strange period of time when no one knew what day it was, sourdough bread became a personality trait, and every email notification caused mild emotional trauma.
